NEW LOT! Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta // Colombia
One of our updated Single Origin coffee is the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (say that ten times fast!).
This is a fair trade organic coffee from Colombia. It comes with a creamy caramel note, and a preserved lemon.
While we have pour over and coffee maker recipes on the website for this one. Here’s a short, quick, and delicious recipe for the Aeropress.
Dose: 16g ground on #4 on Malkonig EK43 // Water: 250 ml @200F // Time: 2 minutes steeping 30 sec plunge

NEW LOT! Inca Empire // Peru
Our next Single Origin coffee is the Inca Empire.
This one was made for those brisk mornings, with it’s notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and prune.
It’s an organic and fair trade certified coffee from the Jaén province within the Cajamarca region of Peru. This is one you’ll want to grab, especially if you make espresso at home.
