This is a Grade 2 washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. This new Yirgacheffe continues the great tradition of vibrant fruity and flowery characteristics that Ethiopia is famous for. The Yirgacheffe Kochere has tasting notes of berry, mandarin and hibiscus that are brought out beautifully as a light roast coffee.
