This is a washed Red Bourbon microlot coffee from the Twongerekawa Coko coop located in the Gakenke District of Rwanda. Flavour highlights include hibiscus, blood orange, and dark chocolate. This is a delicious full cup complimented with a great balance between rich syrupy chocolate notes and bright aromatics of hibiscus and hints of blood orange. This is a very versatile coffee in its use. From drip to Espresso this coffee performs exceptionally.
