Sweet and Savoury Medium Roast Coffee Blend

Experience our Medium Roast Coffee Blend, a smooth and balanced coffee created for everyday enjoyment. Our coffee passions run deep, and this signature blend was carefully crafted to showcase sweet and savoury flavours in every cup.

The foundation of this Medium Roast Coffee Blend is set by the rich body and creaminess of natural coffee from the plains of Brazil, combined with a sweet coffee from the high mountains of Tazzazu just south of the capital city of Costa Rica.

The highlights create a delicate symphony of sweet and savoury notes, adding depth of character. The finish, reminding us slightly of caramel, drifts along in a pleasantly lingering way.

This coffee is suitable for all brewing methods including drip, French press, pour over, moka pot, and even espresso—either hot or iced!

Chemex

The Chemex is a pour-over coffee maker featuring a glass carafe and thick paper filters. By slowly pouring hot water over the coffee grounds, you extract flavors with clarity and brightness. This slower filtration produces a refined cup with delicate flavors and a clean, crisp finish while highlighting the coffee’s unique characteristics.
