Brewing Recipes

Check here for different ways to brew.

French Press

The French Press is an immersion coffee brewer where grounds steep in hot water for several minutes. A metal plunger is pressed down to separate the coffee from the grounds. This method retains natural oils, resulting in a bold, full-bodied cup with rich flavors and a smooth texture.

Recipe
  • 30 g coarse ground coffee
  • 500 ml water at 200°F (93°C)
Steps
  1. Add 30 g of coarse coffee to the French press.
  2. Pour 500 ml of 200°F water over the grounds.
  3. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
  4. Place the lid on and steep for 4 minutes.
  5. Press the plunger slowly and serve.

Pour Over

Pour over brewing involves slowly pouring hot water over coffee grounds in a filter. Thinner filters than the Chemex create more body while still showing the coffee’s subtle nuances. The controlled pour highlights clarity and complexity.

Recipe
  • 16 g medium ground coffee (#5 on Baratza Vario)
  • 290 ml water at 200°F (93°C)
Steps
  1. Saturate the grounds with 60 ml of 200°F water and let bloom for 15–20 seconds.
  2. Pour the remaining 230 ml water in a circular motion, starting from the center.
  3. Let the coffee draw down completely and serve.

Signature Blend

Our Signature Blends are thoughtfully crafted to combine select beans into a harmonious cup. Designed for balance and complexity, these blends deliver a rich, consistent coffee experience that highlights the best qualities of each origin in every sip.

Coffee Origins

Brazil

Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world, known for its diverse range of beans. Brazilian coffee typically has a nutty, chocolatey profile with low acidity and medium body. It is versatile and widely used in espresso blends as well as single origin offerings.

Costa Rica

Costa Rica grows coffee at high altitudes with volcanic soil, producing bright and clean flavors. Coffees often feature citrus and floral notes with medium body. Strict quality standards and sustainable practices make Costa Rican coffee highly prized.

Dark Roast

Dark roast coffee is roasted the longest, emphasizing bold, smoky, and bitter-sweet flavors. Acidity is minimal, and the body is heavy, often with notes of dark chocolate, spice, or earthiness. This roast highlights the roasting process more than the bean’s origin.
