Brewing Recipe

French Press

30g of coarse ground coffee

500ml of 200F water

Steep for 4 minutes

Plunge and serve!

Hario v60

16g medium ground coffee ( #5 on baratza vario)

290ml of 200F water

saturate the grounds using 60ml of 200F water then let bloom for 15-20sec

Pour the remaining 230ml in circular motion starting from the center
