You don’t really know that coffee can taste really different until you go to Velvet Sunrise. The coffee is extremely fresh and you can taste the flavour it’s supposed to have.

As a home barista I have tried quite a few different roasters in the GTA.
Velvet sunrise is a league above all others. Quite honestly the best coffee I’ve ever had. Even when not perfectly dialed in, the coffee is delicious. Highly recommend!!!
