Brazil Peaberry, Cachoeira Da Grama

This is hand picked coffee from which the 5% peaberries are separated.  It’s a little sweeter, a little cleaner, and quite chocolaty. The roast will be a full medium to bring forward a smooth, buttery texture that complements the coffee’s natural flavours well.  Use for espresso and brew as a feature coffee.

 

Burundi Kayanza Kinyovu Lot 4

Highly recommended for espresso and cappuccino or latte. This coffee is clean and has a terrific balance in the cup. It is smooth and subtle, with tasting notes of butterscotch, apple, citrus, and floral aromatics.

 

Nicaragua Finca Las Nubes

Initial smooth dark chocolate gives way to redcurrant, cocoa, and a slight savory herbal quality. Pleasantly lingering aftertaste at the back of the palate. A very clean and dry coffee.

 

Sumatra Wahana Estate

 Fragrant notes of Cocoa, Mild fruit and Spice. Flavor of lively Tropical Fruit, Chocolate. Mild, earthy body.

 

Guatemala Finca El Carmen

This coffee shows off a caramelized  sugar sweetness with red berry fruit and apple. Vanilla and caramel notes round out the palette. It is the balance of sweetness and acidity that benefits the tasting experience, balanced and satisfyingly lively.

 

Kenya AA Gititu

Super sweet grapefruit gives way to a yeast malt flavour. The sublime texture envelopes the palettes with a silky texture. Try this coffee in a French press or better still a vacuum siphon for maximum appeal.

Colombian coffee carries the hallmarks of finest Arabica coffee - full, woody body, fine acidity and good balance. This crowd pleasing coffee will win your guests' accolades and have them coming back for seconds!

Brazil Primavera

Brazil Fazenda Primavera

A nutty, chocolatey coffee with a hint of juicy stone fruit, and a smooth flavour profile. Think of Frank Sinatra's warm vocal tones, and remember, 'they grow an awful lot of coffee in Brazil'.

Ethiopia Sidamo

Ethiopia Sidamo SCFCU Coop

A dry milled coffee from the Sidamo region, this coffee has an intriguing fruitiness of soft, ripe berries (think blueberry pie with cream), smooth on the tongue. Medium body, with a cocoa finish. The beans will appear somewhat uneven in roasted colour, due to the hand picking and natural drying.

Mexico Triunfo Biosphere

Mexico Chiapas Triunfo Biosphere

Citric and sweet with complex fruit and a heavy mouth-feel. For brew and single-origin espresso.


Panama Villa Donia

Panama Villa Donia

I found it to be delicious, balanced with mild chocolate, dried fruits, and a silky, delicate acidity.  This means that it is a perfect candidate for very light roasting. For brewing and espresso.

 

Peru Norte FTO

A smooth, delicious, coffee with sweet acidity and milk chocolate. Medium body. All day pleasure.


Sumatra Red Badger 

Sumatra Red Badger Triple Picked

A refined, rich, deep body with a syrupy mouthfeel. This triple-picked Grade 1 Indonesian coffee is cleaner and sweeter than most. Give it a try.

Black Velvet

A French Roast of El Salvador and Colombia. Brings a smoky-sweet intensity to the party.

 

Breakfast Blend

Our lightest roast. Not a blonde roast, a platinum blonde roast. Zingy, tingly brightness and super clean finish. A blend of our Guatemala and Peru single origins.

 

Mokha Java

Our take on tradition - Sumatra has a profound body and Ethiopia adds a complex fruity-winey sparkle.


Propeller

Get kickstarted with a balanced, smooth and nutty cup with a fuller body. A better cup of coffee.


Velvet Espresso

Seasonally varying blend of origins selected to balance chocolaty body with caramel and sweet fruited notes.

 

Decaf Swiss Water Process

Our decaf is swiss water processed from Colombia and Peru. Roast level is medium-dark.

Roasting Schedule:  Weekly every Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. Orders are Shipped by Canada Post within 24 hours after each Roasting day.
